The company’s primary production bases are located in Dongguan Hualong and Kunshan Tailon, forming a dual-site north–south manufacturing structure. Both plants feature automated module production lines, precision optical lamination equipment, and cleanroom environments, providing global leading brands with stable, efficient supply chain support and flexible mass-production capabilities. Our end customers include major international brands such as Lenovo and DELL, while automotive panel and component clients include leading Chinese automotive groups.

As one of the key components of an LCD, the backlight module provides illumination since the liquid crystal layer itself does not emit light. Light from the backlight passes sequentially through the polarizer, glass substrate, liquid crystal layer, and related parts of the display panel before forming an image visible to the human eye.

Tailonestablished its backlight module factory in 2003. We manufacture products ranging from 5" to 23", including desktop monitor and notebook backlight modules. In response to the growing smart mobility market, we focus on small- and medium-sized products for automotive and industrial applications. Our professional B/L engineering team provides dedicated support. In addition to backlight module assembly lines, we have a complete SMD facility and master key technologies, enabling us to design essential components such as bezels, light guide plates, and LED light bars tailored to customer needs.

LCM (LCD Module) is formed by integrating the backlight, driver IC, light guide plate, and LCD cell into a complete panel module. Tailonoffers a wide range of backlight modules in various sizes and can assemble customized LCM modules using customer-provided open cells.
